Michael Allen Sadler

May 3, 1979 - September 24, 2005

My son was only 26 years when he passed on September 24, 2005. We were unaware that he even had the disease. It started with a toothache and when the dentist pulled the wisdom tooth, it was 7.5 hours later that he passed. I miss and love him dearly. He was also my only child.
